Symposium registration is scheduled to open in April 2026. 

Participation in the Symposium is subject to a registration fee. A reduced rate will be available for young researchers. Your registration helps cover the costs of the social program and allows us to organize the evening activities for all participants.

Travel, accommodation, and other incidental expenses are not included in the registration fee, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Tickets Symposium

Tickets will be available under the following conditions:

• Experienced Researcher's Rate:                                      476,00 €, including VAT   
• Young Researcher's Rate:                                                297,50 €, including VAT 

Both tickets include access to the full scientific part of the Symposium from 2-5 August 2026, including daytime catering and two additional events on 3 and 4 August 2026. 

Accompanying Persons 

There are separate ticket options for accompanying persons who are warmly invited to join the evening events. The tentative program and ticket terms are as follows: 

• 3 August 2026 - Castle Brewery Evening:                   59,50 €, including VAT   
• 4 August 2026 - Summer Cruise on the Danube:       89,50 €, including VAT
