Accommodation

For the event, we have secured a selection of hotels in Regensburg. The link to make your hotel bookings will be available soon.

The hotels are either conveniently located near the event venue or in Regensburg’s charming Old Town, providing easy access and a comfortable stay. Single and double rooms can be booked at the best available rate.

Please note that the room allotment will be held until 1 June 2026, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred hotel.
